Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

Cancellations: If you request a cancellation, we will try to accommodate it, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy regarding returns/refunds, the Return & Refund Policy will control for those topics.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for resale.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. SHOPIFY PLATFORM RELATIONSHIP

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases made through our store are made directly with Outside Town, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through our store or for customer service related to those purchases.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

11. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Outside Town a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that Feedback for business purposes such as operating and promoting the Services.

You agree your Feedback will not violate any law or any third-party rights and will not include harmful code (malware).

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as permitted by law.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE (U.S.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in United State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
